What is the best way to get in touch with you?

Send through an email with your enquiry or any question you may have, we are pretty quick to respond. If you prefer to speak to our team please leave your contact number and request a call back.

I like items from two different packs, can I make amendments to create my own hamper/s?

We can definitely make amendments by combining products from different hampers, all you need to do is send through an email with what items you would like to use to create your new custom hamper and we will quote you accordingly.

Can I create my own hamper / gift?

Absolutely, you can create a custom hamper by choosing products you see on our site or you can get in touch with our team to discuss sourcing a specific product or item for you based on your specific needs.

Can I pre-order my hamper/s?

We are big advocates for being organised. Pre-ordering is highly recommended. Especially when it is for a bulk order. In-fact most bulk orders will actually require pre-order to ensure we are able to fulfil your request.

How is my hamper packaged?

Each hamper is carefully packaged in a magnetic flip box, with the option of personalising your gift box using a luxe vinyl decal cut out.

How will the person receiving the gift know who sent it to them?

When you purchase a gift you automatically receive a complimentary gift card. The gift card will read: 

You’ve been Hampered 

by “your name” 

to “recipients name” 

followed by “your message”.

Where do you deliver?

At this stage with the launch of our business we are delivering across all Metro Melbourne areas, with the hopes of quickly expanding to Victoria and then Australia wide.

Can I use my companies logo to brand our hamper?

Yes, absolutely. We love working with corporates and we understand how important showcasing your business is.
